Chattanooga Qi Gong Classes

The Chattanooga Times Free Press recently mentioned our center in regards to a recent qi gong exercise event which introduced the practice to over 350 people in Chattanooga. The article was titled "Center hosts Chinese Qigong".
Qi Gong is an eastern based form of exercise that is both relaxing and full of well researched health benefits. There are literally thousands of forms of Qi Gong, and more well-known systems such as Tai Chi are part of these.
Our center offers both free introductory classes to help people become more familiar with these beneficial exercises and detailed qi gong and tai chi classes where people can learn the techniques in-depth.
